Staff's are very support and guide the tourist location as I m Indian tourist, they explain the location by metro clearly with map, the room was value for money

Hotel is just opposite No. 4 Subway, 'Nanmen ' station 2nd Exit. The room and beds were clean, air-con was strong, free coffee/tea/Mineral water provided, which could meet our general expectation in full.

The location is what we like. Most of the staffs were nice and helpful except for an odd lady works in 7th floor.

The location is great. There is a tube station across the street from the hotel. There are also a couple shopping malls around the corner which could be a spot for food if you don’t want to walk far. The room is of good size.
